Davido’s wife Chioma Adeleke has threatened to sue Sophia Momodu’s lover group for cyberbullying. This she made known on Tuesday April 21 after chats from Sophia lovers group and TSM Whatsapp groups were leaked online.
The chats are been said to be targeting the Afrobeats star wife and in reply she has threatened a lawsuit against ‘everyone of them’ in the group chat.
Chioma’s manager Ubi Franklin revealed the lawsuit threats saying: “One after the other, you will explain to the law enforcement what Chef chi has done to all of you, just keep opening groups to bully her, Her Husband, Me as her manager and the entire family has your time now and we will follow the rules and you will be served.
In Nigeria, cyberbullying and cyber harassment are not treated lightly—they are criminal offences under several laws, especially the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act, 2015.”. Sophia Momodu was Davido’s baby mama who gave birth to his daughter Imade in 2015. They were both rumoured to be dating till Davido said he couldn’t get in a serious relationship with her cause he felt she was not his type.
