Self acclaimed Relationship Expert, BlessingCEO in a recent interview with popular online show Young and Healthy by Egungun has clarified that she doesn’t have stage 4 cancer, attributing the confusion to a miscommunication. She revealed she’s still awaiting further tests to determine the exact stage of her cancer and hasn’t started chemotherapy.
“I don’t have stage 4 cancer. That was a miscommunication, I just received my biopsy results. Initially, the lump was thought to be non-cancerous, but later tests revealed it was cancerous. I haven’t started chemotherapy yet, and I’m still awaiting further tests to determine the exact stage.”
Blessing CEO also addressed the fundraising controversy, stating she received ₦13 million, not hundreds of millions as rumored.
“The money raised is not hundreds of millions as some people think. It’s just 13 million naira,”
The controversy began when she announced she had stage 4 cancer, sparking sympathy and donations. However, doubts emerged, and allegations of document manipulation surfaced. Blessing CEO insists she’s sharing updates based on her doctors’ advice and won’t post medical results online, citing personal reasons.
“I will not post my results online because it’s personal, and I don’t owe anyone an apology. I’m just trying to communicate what the doctors have told me.”
