Peller’s management, led by Bosa Lee, has acknowledged a mistake in their approach after Peller was snubbed twice by American streamer iShowSpeed and even bounced off by body guards during his tour visit to Lagos.
The management said had reached out to iShowSpeed beforehand, but he declined, stating he wasn’t collaborating with streamers. Lee admitted that introducing Peller as a streamer was the mistake, implying it may have led to the snub.
“Some people are saying his management did not reach out to Speed. Who told you that the management did not reach out I had reached out to them before now but he said no that he is not collaborating with streamers. I think that’s where we made a mistake by introducing Peller as a streamer” Bosa Lee revealed.
Peller himself expressed frustration over the backlash, suggesting it’s due to selective support and favoritism in the entertainment space. He questioned why similar actions by other creators, like Carter Efe, are praised, while he’s being criticized.
