Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has emerged victorious in the 2025 FIFA Intercontinental Cup, defeating Flamengo 2-1 in a thrilling penalty shootout after the match ended 1-1 after extra time. The French champions took the lead through Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s 38th-minute goal, but Flamengo equalized via former Napoli, Chelsea and Arsenal man, Jorginho’s 62nd-minute penalty.
