SPORT: YAMAL OUT OF SPAIN’S OCTOBER FIXTURES.

Lamine Yamal won’t be able to participate in Spain’s upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Georgia and Bulgaria due to a groin injury. Barcelona confirmed that the 18-year-old winger will be sidelined for two to three weeks, which means he’ll miss these crucial matches.

Yamal’s groin problem has reappeared after the match against Paris Saint-Germain, causing him discomfort. The estimated recovery time is two to three weeks, which rules him out of Spain’s matches against Georgia on October 11 and Bulgaria on October 14. There’s hope for Yamal to return before the El Clásico against Real Madrid on October 26, but it seems unlikely.

Spain Coach Luis de la Fuente denied any conflict with Barcelona coach Hansi Flick, saying he was “surprised” by Flick’s comments. De la Fuente emphasized that players join the team healthy and fit to play.
Barça Head Coach expressed concerns about Yamal’s fitness, suggesting that the injury was aggravated by playing in Spain’s September qualifiers. Flick believes communication between the two teams could be improved.
