First Lady Oluremi Tinubu has congratulated celebrity chef Hilda Baci on setting a new Guinness World Record for cooking the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice, weighing 8,780 kilograms. In her congratulatory message, she praised Baci’s passion, resilience, and creativity, stating that her achievement showcases what young Nigerian women can accomplish through hard work and determination.
The First Lady noted that Baci’s feat is an inspiration to young Nigerian women, demonstrating the power of innovation and hard work.
She acknowledged that Baci’s culinary techniques have brought pride to Nigeria and gained national and global recognition.

Mrs. Tinubu prayed for greater accomplishments for Baci and other Nigerian youth who dare to dream.
Hilda Baci set a new Guinness World Record for the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice, achieved in partnership with Gino in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Baci had previously held the Guinness World Record for marathon cooking (cook-athon) with 93 hours and 11 minutes in May 2023.
