ALEXANDER – ARNOLD SNUBBED, BUT RASHFORD BACK IN THE ENGLAND NATIONAL TEAM AHEAD OF SEPTEMBER FIXTURES.

England head coach Thomas Tuchel has called up 24 man squad ahead of England’s world cup qualifiers against Andorra and Serbia this coming September and there are some call ups and snubs in the selection. Manchester city’s James Trafford received a call up despite his blunder in City’s last week’s 2 – 0 defeat to Tottenham. Also called up is new Arsenal’s recruit Eberechi Eze who has earned 11 caps and scored one goal for the national team. On loan Barcelona’s winger Marcus Rashford have also been recalled the winger losing his number 10 jersey number at Manchester united to new signing Cunha and been sent on loan beginning of season. Real Madrid’s Trent Alexander – Arnold have been snubbed by the German manager this has not come as a surprise as the 26 year old Scouse born has lost is place in Xabi Alonso’s squad. Other notable snubs were experienced Manchester united’s Harry Maguire, Burnley’s Kyle Walker and Manchester city’s Phil Foden.
