A tragic accident occurred in Delta State, Nigeria, on Wednesday April 8, where a petrol tanker crushed a commercial tricycle, resulting in fatalities.
The incident happened at Refinery bus stop near Effurun Roundabout in Uvwie Local Government Area, with reports indicating that all persons in the tricycle were killed with their body severed into pieces.
The bodies had since been deposited at the mortuary.
The incidence was said to be caused by a brake failure causing the tanker to fall into the tricycle.
