Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records has announced the signing of a new artiste Cupid SZN, a 21-year-old singer-songwriter who hails from Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Prior to joining Mavin records, Cupid SZN released some notable singles which includes “Service”, “Ifeoma” both in 2024, “I Want More” and “Osogeme” feat. Wademix both in 2025.
Don Jazzy, revealed that he initially missed a DM from Cupid SZN’s father four years ago, but the young artist’s talent and persistence eventually led him to join the Mavin Academy. After excelling in the academy, Cupid SZN was signed to the label and has now released his debut EP, “Myth Era”, which features six tracks, including “Palava”, “Tuka Tuka”, “Otula”, “Zesty Money”, and “Famous”.
Fans have welcomed Cupid SZN to the Mavin family, congratulating him on his achievement and expressing excitement for his future projects.
Mavin records have been known for grooming stars in the Nigerian music industry since 2012 the label currently house Rema, Ayra Starr, Johnny Drille, Crayon and other artistes who have done well in the music scene.
