A road accident involving a 14-tyre truck and a commercial bus has occured today Friday October 31, on the Otedola Bridge, inward the Lagos Secretariat resulting to 1 person getting injured.
According to the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), the truck collided with the bus, ran into the barrier, and spilled its granite contents on the road. Thankfully no casualties were recorded in the accident but it has now caused traffic on the bridge.
LASTMA officials are currently on the scene, awaiting the arrival of a tow truck to clear the wreckage.
Just less than a day ago an Accident on Kara Bridge, Lagos-Ibadan expressway killed 8 people including a police inspector and injured 3 others. The accident was as a result of collision of multiple trucks including a fuel tanker.
