SPORTS: ALEXANDER-ARNOLD RULED OUT FOR 6 – 8 WEEKS.

Trent Alexander-Arnold is facing a lengthy absence from Real Madrid’s lineup due to a muscle injury to the biceps femoris in his left leg, sustained during the Champions League match against Marseille. Alexander-Arnold suffered a biceps femoris muscle injury, which is expected to keep him sidelined for six to eight weeks.

He’ll likely miss crucial fixtures, including the El Classico meeting between Real Madrid and Barcelona on October 26, Real Madrid vs. Atlético Madrid, Champions League Matches against Kairat and Juventus and even his participation in the Champions League match against former club Liverpool on November 4 is also uncertain, depending on his recovery progress.

Alexander-Arnold might be fit for the away game at Elche on November 23, if he needs the full eight weeks to recover.

His absence compounds the team’s defensive issues, with other players like Antonio Rüdiger and Ferland Mendy already injured.

Alexander-Arnold made five appearances for Real at the Club World Cup over the summer – providing two assists – and has featured five times across all competitions in 2025-26.
