President Bola Tinubu has wrapped up his 10-day working vacation in Europe ahead of schedule and will return to Abuja on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
The President departed for France on September 4, 2025, to spend part of his annual holiday and was initially scheduled to spend ten working days outside the country, Initially, he was set to spend his vacation in both France and the United Kingdom, but he’ll now resume official duties earlier than planned.
During his stay in Paris, Tinubu held a private luncheon with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace, where they discussed ways to strengthen cooperation between Nigeria and France for mutual prosperity and global stability.
Tinubu’s decision to cut his vacation short demonstrates his commitment to addressing pressing national issues, including economic and governance matters.
Upon his return, Tinubu is expected to refocus on critical issues awaiting his leadership in Abuja.
