At least five Palestinians, among them a child, have lost their lives in the most recent Israeli assaults on Gaza, according to medical and emergency officials.
An ambulance worker told Al Jazeera Arabic that the child was killed in drone fire targeting the Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City.
In Khan Younis, southern Gaza, two people were confirmed dead and another wounded, staff at the Nasser Medical Complex reported.
Separately, shelling in Gaza City’s Zeitoun district left one person dead and several others injured, a source at al-Ahli Hospital said.
