If Shaquille O’Neal and Charlie Mack actually step into the ring for a celebrity boxing match later this year, boxing legend Roy Jones Jr. says he’s ready to serve as referee.
In a recent video statement, Jones made his intentions clear: “If that happens, I’ll absolutely be the referee — no doubt about it.”
Charlie Mack — longtime associate and former bodyguard of Will Smith — first issued the challenge on August 18, saying he had some “old-school beef” with the NBA Hall of Famer.
A day later, Shaq appeared to accept, posting on Instagram: “Tell me when and where, and I’ll show up.”
